Our Guarantee

WE stand behind our Foot Detox units with a 100% guarantee on the products manufactured quality.  Our guarantee covers quality in workmanship, So if you have received a product from us and it does not work properly or is defective we will pay the shipping for return (US only all out of the country orders pay shipping return) and either repair or replace the item purchased for a full year.  If you return a product just because you change your mind  within the first 30 days we will refund 70% of the purchase not including shipping.  We will not refund if you do not have a Return Merchandise Account number (RMA).  If you need help setting up your product please call 479-595-0460.

To pay by check or money order  please mail in your order.  If you need a total just pretend to purchase by adding your selections to cart, print your totals and checkout.  When you get to the page for your Credit Card Information, just stop.  Mail your print out with your preferred payment method to the following address:

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, call our Customer Service Representatives at 479-595-0460 Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 5:00pm Central standard time. 

Shipping Methods

All standard shipment orders placed online will be sent via UPS, with the following exceptions:

Some orders in the US an International will be by USPS if we feel your area may be difficult to deliver within 3-4 days

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery for standard shipment orders.

For added convenience, we also offer UPS Next Day Delivery  unless the item is over 50 lbs (heavy weight items will be marked).

All orders of in-stock merchandise are shipped the next business day. Next Day delivery orders of in-stock merchandise received by 9:00 A.M. CST are shipped the same day. Please add your shipping charges based on your total purchase amount.

State Sales Tax Guide

By law we are required to collect applicable sales taxes on most non-food items in AR, Arkansas. This calculation will be completed by our system after you have entered your shipping information for each order and will be displayed in Step 2 (Billing) of the Checkout Process.
